The Frederick Foundation is named for Dr Prince Frederick Esiri, an Oxford medical graduate from Nigeria, who dedicated his efforts to running a health clinic in Taraba State, Nigeria. The charity has been formed in his memory by his widow, Emeritus Professor Margaret Esiri and her much valued fellow Trustees of the charity (see over), with additional support from her sons.

Formerly active in international finance, now and previously with a number of board, trustee and advisory roles in business and with charities

Ibadan Oxford Stroke Partner with an interest in evidence and value-based health care interventions in Africa.

ROZ DOE

Over 20 years history of charity work, holding different roles including Trustee and Project Manager. Co-founded Young Roots, a charity in 2004 which now has a turnover of £1.6 million and employs 28 staff members.
