International Day of Radiology (IDoR) 2025!

The University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, joined colleagues around the world to observe the International Day of Radiology (IDoR) on the 8th of November 2025, a day that reminds us how vital imaging is to every stage of patient care.

While its impact is universal, access remains unequal, especially in low-resource regions like Africa. Many still lack the imaging tools and trained professionals that make early detection and effective treatment possible.

Together, we can bridge that gap by investing in technology, training, and collaboration that bring radiology closer to those in resource-limited regions.
